Dhanush’s ‘Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam’ gets a new release date

We previously reported that Dhanush is working on two directorial ventures after making his directorial debut with Pa Paandi in 2017 and following it up with Raayan, which was released last year. One of them, titled Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam (NEEK), has a new release date.

The film, initially slated to hit theatres on February 7, has been postponed. With the recent announcement that Ajith’s Vidaamuyarchi will be released on February 6, the makers of NEEK have pushed their film’s release date to February 21.

Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam stars Mathew Thomas, Priya Prakash Varrier, Anikha Surendran, Rabiya Khatoon, Pavish V, Ramya Ranganathan and Venkatesh Menon.

With music scored by GV Prakash Kumar, Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam has cinematography by Leon Britto and editing by Prasanna GK. Dhanush’s parents Kashoori Raja and Vijayalakshmi Kasthoori Raja are producing the film for Wunderbar.

Interestingly, Dhanush’s fourth directorial, Idli Kadaiis also slated to release this year. The film, starring Nithya Menen and Rajkiran, will hit theatres on April 10.
